Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available worldwide.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs include statutory VAT where applicable.

Deliveries within Germany

We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order for deliveries within Germany.

International Deliveries

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated based on the order value and will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3 to 5 days after conclusion of the contract.

For international deliveries, delivery takes place within 5 to 7 days after conclusion of the contract.

In the case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins after the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
